How to get rid of it?

  • Do some physical activities
  • Drink peppermint tea
  • Pumpkin can reduce the amount of gas
  • Eat yogurt with bifidobacteria (also probiotics in yogurt helps to reduce the amount of fat your body absorbs!)
  • Eat slowly and chew with closed mouth
