What causes bloating?

  • Eating too much fiber
  • Sugar-free gum/drinks
  • High-fat foods
  • Salt causes your body to retain fluid
  • When you're anxious, your body releases cortisol and adrenaline, hormones that stimulate your digestive system

How to get rid of it?

  • Do some physical activities
  • Drink peppermint tea
  • Pumpkin can reduce the amount of gas
  • Eat yogurt with bifidobacteria (also probiotics in yogurt helps to reduce the amount of fat your body absorbs!)
  • Eat slowly and chew with closed mouth
